About Us: Founded 19 years ago and headquartered in Chicago, the DV Group of financial services firms has grown to more than 450 people operating throughout the world. Since spinning out of a large brokerage firm in 2016, DV Trading rapidly scaled as an independent proprietary trading firm utilizing its own capital, trading strategies, and risk management methodologies to provide liquidity and hedging opportunities to financial participants, commodity producers and counterparties worldwide. DV Group affiliates also include two broker dealers, an introducing broker in commodities, a cryptocurrency market making firm, and several investment advisory firms. Responsibilities:

Supporting recruiting activity to promote trading team growth across various DV businesses. Own various recruiting activities which include, but are not limited to, job postings, sourcing new trading talent, and interview scheduling. Collaborate with candidates, hiring teams, and agencies to help schedule and manage candidate interviews and experience. Monitor virtual and onsite interviews, which include greeting candidates and oversight of interview process, ensuring a timely and positive experience. Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates and manage the expense reimbursement process. Partner closely with trading teams and our Chief Business Development Officer on candidate feedback and update Greenhouse for candidate record and evaluation. Provide administrative support which includes data entry, calendar management and reporting as directed. Assisting with other Recruiting tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative function 1+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative role—ideally within HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) preferred. Comfortable working with Excel spreadsheets and basic reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
