There are a variety of experiences that could make you successful in this role but some that stand out include marketing or operational experience at a VC fund or financial institution, or BD or marketing experience at a crypto company.
This role is remote but we have a preference for candidates that are located or willing to move to San Francisco or New York City.
Responsibilities include:
Fund Operations

- Assisting with special operational projects, including infrastructure build and future RIA compliance program
- Assisting with the management and tracking of our pipeline of new investment opportunities

- Helping with fundraising strategy including identifying prospects, managing conference calendar, and producing investor-focused content

- Attending local conferences and some occasional travel
- Helping to drive Lattice's brand awareness through channels like Twitter and our podcast
- Building Lattice marketing materials including decks

- 3+ years of work experience, preferably 2+ years in the crypto industry
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills: you'll be interacting with founders, investors, and industry connections
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive and resourceful mindset, able to think out of the box and to come up with new ways to improve Lattice
- Knowledge of crypto assets/Web3 and a preexisting network with founders and investors is not required but a plus
