Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to design and execute a global hiring strategy, ensuring a strong talent pipeline across key markets, including the US, Norway, Bhutan, and Malaysia. This role will focus on talent strategy, workforce planning, employer branding and critical leadership hiring.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement a scalable, long-term global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning and talent forecasting, ensuring proactive hiring strategies across global markets.
  • Oversee regional recruitment frameworks, optimizing hiring processes while ensuring local market adaptability.
  • Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction strategies, enhancing global visibility and candidate engagement.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with industry networks, universities, and talent communities to build long-term talent pipelines.
  • Own and lead executive and key leadership hiring, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Leverage HR tech, AI-driven recruitment solutions, and data analytics to optimize hiring efficiency and decision-making.
  • Establish global recruitment best practices while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Coach and enable regional hiring teams, ensuring consistency in strategic execution.

How you will stand out:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree In Human Resource, Business Management
  • 15 years of relevant experience in strategic talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to design and execute large-scale hiring strategies across multiple regions.
  • Strong expertise in workforce planning, employer branding, and talent market intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience in executive and leadership hiring for high-impact roles.
  • Business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with company growth objectives.
  • Experience in high-growth industries such as high tech or semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in talent analytics, HR tech platforms, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
