What you will do

  • Run day-to day operations

    • Address employee HR questions with empathy and care

    • Own seamless onboarding and offboarding workflows

    • Continuously improve People processes & policies to maximize compliance, operational efficiency, and cost efficiency

  • Support cyclical programs

    • Design and execute engagement survey

    • Design and execute performance cycle

The hourly rate for this position is $65/hr - $85/hr. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience.
