To be successful in this role

You will:

  • Feature development: You will be owning Smart Contract development (Solana Programs) for ecosystem projects, reference materials, and contributing to SPL standards.
  • Interfacing with users: You will be collaborating directly with developers building on Solana – supporting them and collecting feedback to inform the direction of core protocol development and SPL standards..
  • Interact effectively with other team members and Solana tools builders.

You ideally have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Rust, C or C++ Development
  • Experience with cryptographic security, signatures, hashing functions, encryption etc.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals and testing
  • Scripting experience in writing/modifying code to improve monitoring and automation
  • Interest in making fun blockchain projects, a ton of them. We are enabling studios big and small, so the desire to context switch at times is required.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with Solana Programming
  • Experience with Anchor framework
  • Understanding of Full Stack Development - Javascript, typescript, APIs, git, etc.
  • Able to interact with FT/NFT standards and the Solana core protocol
  • Contributions to Solana/Bitcoin/Ethereum/Blockchain projects is a major plus
  • An open source contributor / have experience with the open source ecosystem
