To be successful in this role
You will:
- Feature development: You will be owning Smart Contract development (Solana Programs) for ecosystem projects, reference materials, and contributing to SPL standards.
- Interfacing with users: You will be collaborating directly with developers building on Solana – supporting them and collecting feedback to inform the direction of core protocol development and SPL standards..
- Interact effectively with other team members and Solana tools builders.
You ideally have:
- 3+ years of experience in Rust, C or C++ Development
- Experience with cryptographic security, signatures, hashing functions, encryption etc.
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals and testing
- Scripting experience in writing/modifying code to improve monitoring and automation
- Interest in making fun blockchain projects, a ton of them. We are enabling studios big and small, so the desire to context switch at times is required.
Bonus points:
- Experience with Solana Programming
- Experience with Anchor framework
- Understanding of Full Stack Development - Javascript, typescript, APIs, git, etc.
- Able to interact with FT/NFT standards and the Solana core protocol
- Contributions to Solana/Bitcoin/Ethereum/Blockchain projects is a major plus
- An open source contributor / have experience with the open source ecosystem
