Your Mission:
Support leadership in enhancing governance and operational efficiency at Bitpanda Asset Management GmbH, leveraging advanced AI techniques and comprehensive data management to empower internal controls and optimise business functions. Our aim is to innovate and strengthen audit and project management processes, ensuring precision and accountability in every task.
What you’ll do:
- Assist the Managing Director in overseeing control functions for Bitpanda Asset Management GmbH and the VP Group Audit. This includes organising and executing both internal and external projects, monitoring requirements, and managing daily operations.
- Support the reporting, notification, and planning functions, while taking charge of the Management Information System (MIS). This involves collecting, evaluating, and generating data to ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting.
- Develop policies and procedures to enhance Governance and establish the internal Audit function, providing strategic advice to empower various business sectors.
- Continuously refine processes to improve the efficiency of control functions, leveraging artificial intelligence techniques to drive innovation and effectiveness.
Who you are:
- Possess a degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with a specialisation ideally in audit, legal, regulatory compliance, outsourcing, risk, finance, IT, or cryptocurrency-related areas.
- You possess a robust background in organisational work, project planning, or project management.
- You are process-oriented with a proven ability to engage senior level stakeholders effectively.
- Ideally you are experienced in utilising project and audit management tools, with a proficiency in managing tight schedules.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and focused on achieving results utilising your strong teamwork capabilities and exceptional communicator in English and ideally German.
