What you will be doing

• Responsible for the construction of medium and high frequency quantitative market-making strategies, design, backtesting, and implementation.
• Participate in all stages of new algorithm development. Including: algorithm design, modeling, risk management and parameter tuning.
• Develop tools and metrics to measure the performance of various algorithms and provide dynamic feedback mechanisms and model calibration.
• Responsible for the real-time risk control supervision of the strategies that have been launched.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor degree or above, graduated from a major in science and engineering (including but not limited to financial engineering, computer, mathematics, statistics, physics, etc.) of universities at home and abroad.
• More than three years of working experience in quantitative researcher/quantitative strategy research and development or trading. (Cryptocurrency industry preferred)
• Knowledge of derivatives theory, high-frequency trading system, and experience in high-frequency trading strategies are preferred.
• Skill requirements: English literature reading ability, skilled use of Python development.
