đč What Youâll Do
- Project Sourcing and Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential Web3 projects (DeFi, gaming, infra, and beyond) for token launches, liquidity campaigns, and growth support.
- VC & Capital Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with VCs, syndicates, and angel networks - ensuring our projects have the right capital, credibility, and advisory support.
- Ecosystem Alliances: Partner with chains, guilds, KOLs, and service providers to create a powerful support network for projects.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of new narratives, tokenomics models, and fundraising trends - bring these insights back to the team to guide BD strategy.
- Pipeline Ownership: Take full ownership of the deal flow, from first call to signed agreement.
- Community Presence: Represent BuidlPad at conferences, AMAs, and across X/Telegram/Discord to keep us top-of-mind for founders and investors.
- Revenue & Growth: Deliver measurable impact by increasing both the quality of projects onboarded and the depth of our investor network.

- 5-7 years in BD, venture capital, crypto funds, or partnerships.
- Solid understanding of fundraising mechanics (seed, private, IDO/IEO/launchpad structures).
- An active network of VCs, angels, and project founders in Web3.
- A natural connector who thrives on bringing founders and investors together.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills - can sell the BuidlPad edge to both sides of the table.
- Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and hungry to grow something at the ground level.
