Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development & Partnership Manager to lead our casino partnerships and manage B2B casino sales. This role involves strategic outreach, negotiation, and management of partnerships to enhance our offerings and expand our reach in the crypto-gaming sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with DeFi projects, enhancing our affiliate program and broadening our market influence.
  • Engage in B2B casino sales, focusing on relationships with other businesses seeking managed casino services, tailoring product offerings to meet partner needs.
  • Craft and execute a robust partnership strategy that aligns with Owl.Games' vision and market goals.
  • Manage all aspects of the partnership lifecycle, including initial outreach, negotiation of terms, agreement execution, and ongoing partnership maintenance.
  • Work closely with marketing, legal, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategy and optimal integration of new partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and shifts within the crypto, DeFi, and online gaming ecosystems to anticipate new opportunities and potential collaborations.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all partners, ensuring clear communication and mutual benefit, driving both growth and innovation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance and impact of partnerships.


Qualifications:

  • 4-8+ years of experience in business development, particularly in establishing and managing partnerships within the tech or gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships and B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with blockchain, DeFi, and casino gaming sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong business relationships.
