Tasks
As a Business development manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and forging strategic partnerships. Leveraging your expertise in sales and business development, you will identify new opportunities, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and execute strategies to expand our client base and revenue streams.
It's a full-time job
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including advertisers, sponsors, and partners;
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth;
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem;
- Collaborate with the different teams to create high-quality end product;
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities;
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to the Head of Sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development, and sales, preferably in the crypto media industry;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus;
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development;
- Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the crypto media landscape.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech landscape;
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment;
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Active participation in the crypto community, such as attending industry conferences, participating in online forums, or contributing to industry publications.
