MetaWealth™ is a Web3 investment platform offering you fractional ownership in

real estate properties that generate passive income.

We’re building an informed investor community, democratizing wealth-building through sustainable investments in real assets. RWAs have a big issue, however. They are mostly illiquid, and we are tackling that challenge by building the infrastructure for all on-chain assets. We are looking for full-stack developers with a back-end focus to join us in achieving this vision. This position comes with a three-month trial period with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.

What kinds of challenges will you be working on at MetaWealth?

• Contribute to the design and development of new Backend and Blockchain systems
• Make changes in existing systems to improve performance, security, and UX
• Research technical approaches and drive decisions on platform components
• Own the responsibility for analysis, design, and implementation
• Writing, testing, upgrading, auditing, and deploying Solana smart contracts and building the System design (oracles, services, etc) around them
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering and product teams to prioritize, estimate cost, spec upcoming features, and productize customer requests
• Work closely with company founders to identify upcoming opportunities and risks while implementing and maintaining our infrastructure

What we're looking for

• No ego, a goal-oriented design enthusiast who both pro-actively seeks and provides constructive feedback with confidence
• Well-versed in understanding all typical attack vectors
• Ability to derive the information from a research paper, whitepaper, technical paper, litepaper, etc.
• Can operate with a high degree of autonomy and should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• 2+ years of experience writing smart contracts in production.
• Rust/Anchor for on-chain programs
• Shipping software and pushing to production daily

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Patters knowledge & integration
• Time & memory complexity optimization
• Knowledge of Data Structures and some common algorithms
• Ability to find elegant solutions in tricky situations.

Solana:

• Develop: Rust, Anchor
• Experience with SPL & ATA, Token 2022 program
• Experience with unit and e2e testing. Fuzz testing will be a plus
• Optimization of compute units and storage.
• Knowledge of common attacks and techniques to protect Programs. Experience in security audits
• It will be a plus State compression Oracles

Backend:

• Node.js
• Frameworks: Express, Nest
• Database: Dynamo Will be a plus: PostgreSQL / MySQL / Mongo
• Experience with AWS: Lambda DynamoDB & App Sync (GraphQL) Will be a plus: Amplify, API Gateway, CloudFormation, Cognito, SQS, Secrets Manager, S3, CloudWatch, KMS
• Experience with webhooks
