岗位职责

    • 1、SEO策略制定与执行： 精心策划并实施高效的SEO策略，致力于提升网站的自然搜索排名，吸引更多有机流量。
    • 2、深入关键词分析： 执行全面的关键词研究，发掘内容创作和优化的潜力点，以增强网站内容的搜索吸引力。
    • 3、页面元素优化： 对页面元素进行细致优化，包括但不限于元标签、标题、主体内容和内部链接结构，以提升用户体验和搜索引擎排名。
    • 4、SEO性能监控与分析： 运用先进的SEO工具对网站性能进行持续监控，深入分析数据，提出切实可行的改进方案，以优化SEO表现。
    • 5、SEO趋势与算法更新跟踪： 保持对最新SEO趋势、搜索引擎算法更新的敏锐洞察，确保钱包网站策略的前瞻性和竞争力。
    • 6、ASO策略规划与执行： 设计并执行应用商店优化策略，旨在提升应用在iOS和Android平台的应用商店中的可见度和吸引力。
    • 7、ASO关键词研究与应用优化： 开展针对性的关键词研究，对应用标题、描述和关键词进行策略性调整，以优化应用在应用商店中的排名。
    • 8、应用商店表现分析与报告： 对应用商店的表现进行全面分析，包括但不限于排名、用户评论和转化率，并编制详细报告。
    • 9、跨部门协作： 与市场营销和开发团队紧密合作，确保SEO和ASO策略的一致性和执行效果，实现整体营销目标。
    • 10、竞争对手分析： 进行深入的竞争对手分析，识别并利用钱包网站和应用的优势，同时发现并应对潜在的劣势和市场机会。
    • 11、其他工作：积极服从公司及Team Leader的各项安排，以促进团队的顺利运作和项目的顺利推进。

任职要求

    • 1、3年以上相关岗位经验，拥有丰富的SEO和ASO专业经验。
    • 2、深刻理解搜索引擎算法、排名因素和SEO最佳实践。
    • 3、熟练使用SEO工具，如Google Analytics、Google Search Console、Ahrefs、SEMrush等。
    • 4、具有应用商店优化经验，能够适应应用商店算法的更新。
    • 5、具备强大的数据分析能力，能够从数据中提取有价值的见解。
    • 6、优秀的书面和口头沟通技巧，能够清晰传达信息。
    • 7、能够在独立工作和团队合作中灵活切换，有效协作。
