This is a full-time, remote position.
Tasks
- Conduct site audits, create and implement SEO strategies, and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure website growth and development;
- Identify content and backlink opportunities, as well as messaging and partnership strategies to drive organic growth;
- Evaluate all articles based on their search potential to re-optimize them and improve performance;
- Optimize existing pages and create high-performing landing pages through thoughtful keyword targeting and internal linking;
- Analyze Google Trends daily and monitor competitor activity to shape content and SEO direction;
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical SEO issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably with media or fintech websites.
- Strong initiative and ownership mindset – ability to set and execute tasks without micromanagement.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Similarweb.
- Comfortable working with large-scale, multi-page websites and high data volumes.
- Ability to analyze complex SEO data and translate insights into clear action.
- Basic understanding of crypto and fintech – enough to contribute relevant content topics and keyword strategies.
- Hands-on approach – readiness to dive into both analysis and execution as needed;
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
