Find.co, a leading multimedia group in cryptocurrency, investing, iGaming, and news is seeking a dedicated, results-driven SEO Team Lead to join our team. This fully remote position reports directly to the Director of SEO, with a core focus on leading a team of SEO specialists and developing and implementing SEO strategies for Crypto Gambling across our websites. 

Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Head and Director of SEO to develop, implement, and measure SEO strategies for Crypto Gambling across our websites.
    • Lead a team of SEO Specialists, overseeing their work, providing feedback, and supporting their professional growth and motivation.
    • Serve as the primary SEO contact for crypto gambling-related queries, advising on SEO opportunities and coordinating the necessary work.
    • Leverage data and industry tools to identify trends and emerging opportunities, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and competitive.
    • Set and own team targets, working closely with team members to exceed goals and making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
    • Partner with editorial, commercial, and product teams to integrate SEO insights that enhance their initiatives.

Requirements

    • Demonstrated experience developing sustainable Google ranking strategies
    • Minimum of two years of experience in iGaming or crypto, with News SEO
    • Proven ability to communicate SEO concepts clearly and confidently to stakeholders across all levels, addressing questions and clarifying requirements as needed.
    • Extensive experience with international websites, with expertise in both technical and on-page SEO for effective ranking.
    • Strong data analysis skills, using data both for strategic planning and problem-solving.
    • Advanced user of SEO intelligence tools (e.g., SEMRush, AHREFs, Majestic, Sistrix) and crawling tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Lumar).
    • In-depth knowledge of Affiliate SEO best practices, including technical, on-page, and review-writing strategies.
    • Proficient in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
    • Demonstrated success in training, mentoring, and coaching teams.
