- Create scalable SEO strategies to increase search traffic
- Define KPIs and success metrics to report on technical SEO efforts and track impact of SEO and content initiatives, create recurring progress reports
- Build and execute a methodical testing framework, reporting and scaling on relevant insights
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to implement best practice SEO programs and processes throughout the global organisation
- Identify areas of improvement in the website structure including internal linking and content to optimise website usability/engagement and discoverability
- Conduct market analysis to highlight challenges and opportunities for growth, roadmapping key initiatives for SEO and lead competitor research to identify new opportunities and trends within the vertical
- Leverage holistic search insights in unison with paid search campaigns to provide strategic direction across the growth team
- Working with Product Marketing and Content/PR to develop strategies informed by the search opportunity, keyword analysis and intent signals

- Extensive Technical SEO experience with a focus on global growth

- Experience auditing on-site and off-site SEO factors to create effective SEO strategies
