Our Client is a Series A Startup with $30M in funding to this point. Aiming to launch midway through 2023. The firm is working on Layer 1 blockchain looking for individuals to come in and write protocol level code that’s clean and well tested.


Senior Software Engineer:


  • Programming in Rust/ TypeScript
  • Senior – Staff level role (titling negotiable)
  • Tech lead 90% hands on

Preferred Skills:

  • 5+ years experienced programming with Node, TypeScript or JavaScript, or algorithmic C++
  • 3+ years working in Rust, Solidity, Blockchain, Smart Contract Development
  • Background in any of the following: Cyber Security, Crypto Architecture, Application Development in Web 2/3 or Electrons or P2P, other related fintech industry
  • Desire to be a part of a high growth oriented team!

Interview Process:

  1. Technical coding interview with a hiring manager
  2. Virtual meet with CEO architectural interview
  3. Meeting for project deep dive (most proud of how idea came across)
  4. Position specific Interview (anywhere from a backend API focus to a technical)

The role is 100% remote.

The compensation range is $475 - 725k in base + token equity & equity.
