Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Backend developer. The ideal candidate has strong proficiency with NodeJS, MongoDB, Rabbitmq, and some exposure to Blockchain/Crypto. The selected candidate will join a small but rapidly growing team of passionate developers with a focus on building an awesome product. Important qualities include willingness to learn/adapt, active problem solving, and commitment to design and quality.

Technical skills

  • Strong proficiency in NodeJs
  • Ability to data model and setup long term models that are flexible
  • Strong team working ability and communication via Slack and short meetings
  • Experience with ETH and ability to trace transactions
  • Experience with other smart contract enabled languages or at least high apptitude for learning
  • Ability to understand business/product requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

Non-technical skills

  • English language proficiency, written and verbal
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex problems and propose iterative solutions to those problems
  • Ability to self-manage development tasks, and ask for help when needed
  • Ability to engage other people within the business in order to achieve goals and complete tasks
