Introduction
Swell is a leading name in restaking. With more than $1B in TVL across our liquid staking token, liquid restaking token, and upcoming L2, Swell is speedrunning the construction of a new restaking ecosystem in which distributed applications are now free to bootstrap growth and security off the back of Ethereum itself.

Responsibilites
- Report to CTO
- Manage the development, deployment and release of product features, including but not limited to the front-end and back-end
- Work collaboratively with team members and partners across workstreams and business units
- Lead with intellectual curiosity with a high standard of excellence
- Develop and maintaining Web3 / crypto / DeFi infrastructure
- Contribute to technical and architecture design of the protocolÂ
- Ensure best practice across development, testing, and security
- Thrive in the fast-paced nature of the blockchain / crypto / DeFi market
What you bring
- BS in Computer Science or related technical field (e.g., physics or mathematics)
- 7+ years experience as full stack software engineer
- 2+ years as team lead
- Experience working and leading small to medium sized teams
- Significant experience with Go, React, Typescript
- Exposure to cloud technologies
- Track record of designing and successfully executing complex software systems
- Excellent communication skills
Nices to haves
- DevOps experience
- 2+ years commercial experience in Web3 / crypto / DeFi projects
- Experience developing and maintaining Web3 / crypto / DeFi infrastructure
- Smart Contract development experience (Solidity)
- Native restaking and/or liquid staking knowledge
- Deep commercial understanding of blockchain and Ethereum/EVM
