Your role and responsibilities

  • Architecting and implementing the blockchain solutions we build
  • Working with the team, client and project manager to efficiently deliver projects
  • Translating business needs to technical solutions and communicating with the client
  • Supporting pre-sales team with your expertise, participating in workshops with potential clients, estimating projects
  • Supporting other team members (backend/frontend/mobile/qa/etc) with blockchain expertise and advisory
  • Writing smart contracts in Solidity / Vyper for EVM compatible blockchains

What you bring to the table

  • 5+ years of experience in programming / 2+ years of Solidity/Vyper development
  • English at least B2, C1 preferred
  • Familiarity with EVM compatible blockchains
  • Knowledge of tools of the trade (e.g. Hardhat/Brownie/DappTools)
  • Deep knowledge about blockchain security and best practices writing decentralized code
  • Knowledge and experience working with existing popular DeFi protocols and their forks (DEXes - like Uniswap V2/V3 or Balancer, borrowing/lending protocols - like Compound or AAVE, yield farming protocols - like Yearn)
  • Ability to design and implement architecture for new DeFi products (utilizing knowledge of AMMs, liquidations, bonding curves, liquidity mining, tokenomics design and building incentivisation frameworks)
  • Ability to write unit tests and maintain high quality of test coverage

It’s great if you also have

  • Experience as a Team Lead
  • Polish language skills
  • Experience with Python, Node.JS or JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Docker
  • Experience with web3.py / ethers.js
  • Good understanding of ABI specification
  • Hands-on experience with crypto wallets, exchanges, bridges and bots
  • Experience with solutions like TheGraph, IPFS, ChainLink, Keep3r, Gelato
  • Hands-on experience with protocols or forks of Alchemix, Abracadabra, Olympus or Tokemak
  • ZK-Proof, Decentralized identifiers
