Job Description:
We are looking for talented Blockchain Developers having hands-on experience in Ethereum and other major blockchains like BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, Fantom etc. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting smart contracts and related security. Your primary responsibility will be analysing requirements, designing and implementing smart contract logic around different business models, as well as building and launching new features on multiple blockchain networks.

Key Responsibilities:
Smart Contract Networks: Work within Ethereum development frameworks such as Truffle, Hardhat, and Ganache local blockchain. Work with token standards such as ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155, etc. Conceptual understanding of Metaverse, ICO, IEO, IGO, and INO/ IMO Experience or good understanding with Ethereum Layer2 solution and deployment of smart contracts on major blockchains such as BSC, Polygon. Experience writing Solana smart contracts written in Rust using Anchor. Write gas-optimized solidity smart contracts with provided business logic.
Blockchain Understanding: Good understanding of NFT platforms like Opensea and Rarible with the ability to build such platforms and marketplace, good understanding of Defi tokens, launchpads, and automated market markers(AMMs)such as Uniswap, Sushiswap, and Pancakeswap, etc. Good understanding of liquidity, yield farming, token staking, and APY calculations.
Development and Maintenance: Lead the development and maintenance of backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. This includes writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Implement unit and integration tests to maintain high-quality code.
Collaboration with Frontend & Backend Developers: Collaborate closely with developers in the team to integrate smart contract logic.
Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug applications, providing effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
Security Practices: Implement robust security measures in smart contracts, ensuring smooth auditing.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Research and Development: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems, particularly in back end engineering but also in the web3 & blockchain space.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the systems developed and ensure it's kept up to date.

Requirements:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Ethereum and other major blockchains like, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, Fantom etc. At least 1 year of experience in writing Solana smart contracts
Proficient in back end development: Experience with Typescript / Javascript for back end REST APIs, using frameworks like Express or NestJS, NoSQL and SQL databases, and REST API best practices.
Web3: Interest on Web3 ecosystem, wallets & transactions, IDOs & ICOs, DeFi (staking, farming, liquidity pools), omnichain.
User-centric: Experience working on a user-centric product development environment.
Technical leadership: Experience mentoring and coaching other developers, fostering a quality and continuous learning environment.
Desirable:
Strong knowledge of Web3 ecosystem and blockchain.
Experience with payment platforms / providers or similar high risk environments.
Understanding of AWS infrastructure and infrastructure as code.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar, or related education.

You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary product development team, alongside front end / back end / test engineers, UI/UX designers, product owner and Web3 subject matter experts.
