Token Strategy Manager
You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮 :
- Lead and coordinate the narrative and roadmap for tokens with Product, Marketing, Commercial and Finance
- Build lasting relationships with institutional product providers and financial research houses, enhancing their awareness and consideration of gaming tokens
- Recommend token budgets and approved spends up to $25k USD to cost-efficiently grow the ecosystem
- Speak with market participants and token holders to identify best practices and build customer empathy
- Conduct data analysis and research to generate insights on new narratives and how to better manage the token

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a front-office top-tier financial services firm or consultancy
- Incredible commercial acumen with high market awareness, entrepreneurial spirit, and a results-driven attitude
- The ability to establish and nurture relationships with institutional clients, understanding their goals and drivers
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills in crafting compelling and logical narratives, with the ability to influence researchers and win mindshare
- Your critical thinking capability to identify key data and develop core themes to drive strategic decision-making
- Interest in Web 3 and blockchain technologies and their use cases

- Product knowledge: Having a deep understanding of institutional exchange-traded products (e.g. ETFs, ETNs, trusts) and their pros/cons will help you ramp up quickly
