Blockdaemon is looking for a Product Manager to help us coordinate our automation efforts across 30+ blockchain protocols. This is a highly cross-functional role that will report to the Director of Product and work closely with product managers, engineers, business development, protocol specialists, and marketing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of core infrastructure systems, including node deployments and monitoring
• Identify technical & business requirements that impact onboarding and monitoring for new and existing protocols
• Ensure monitoring & alerting exists to meet SLAs based on the risk profile of the protocol
• Maintain an up-to-date infrastructure roadmap and delivery schedule
• Aid with documentation, user support, and internal training
• Identify where processes can be improved and strive to implement improvements
• Understand how decisions at the infrastructure level impact various teams and operational goals

Skills and Required Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or CloudOps
• Expertise in cloud tools including Ansible, Terraform, Vault, Grafana and GitLab
• 1+ years in a product or program management role (preferably)
• Ability to work independently, remotely
• Interest in learning blockchain protocols and broader cryptocurrency ecosystem
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
