About the role:
Not only do you produce outstanding motion graphics from day to day, the Senior Motion Graphics Designer also leads the designers and guides them through the process to the end product. You have a hungry passion for creativity and spread your inspiration and guidance to your teams. Your objective is to drive quality standards in your team for Crypto.com’s growth. And we are remote work friendly!
At day to day you will:
- Produce quality motion graphics video for products and news announcements
- Lead your team with exceptional design communication skills
- Collaborate with internal and external teams
- Ensure all deliverables are met with quality standards
- Lead the team with exceptional design communication skills
- Understand the team’s capabilities and strengths to produce outstanding creatives

Qualifications for Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Agency, Production House
- Able to work independently to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Adobe Suite CC 2021 – Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, etc is a plus
- A genuine passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is a plus
