This is a unique opportunity for a law student or potential paralegal to gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge field.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth reviews of legal liability claims related to blockchain transactions and technologies.

• Collaborate with legal professionals to prepare materials for class action lawsuits and support litigation efforts.

• Analyze and interpret complex terms and conditions associated with blockchain projects.

• Assist in drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports.

• Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry trends affecting blockchain legalities.

• Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive summaries for internal use.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• Currently enrolled in a law program or pursuing a career as a paralegal.

• Strong understanding of legal principles, contracts, and class action procedures.

• Interest in blockchain technology and its legal implications.

• Excellent research and analytical skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with eDiscovery tools, legal research databases, or case management systems.

• Exposure to regulatory or compliance matters related to financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency.

• Experience supporting litigation, investigations, or class action workflows.

• Ability to summarize complex technical or blockchain-related information for legal and non-legal audiences.
