Our creative agency is seeking a skilled project manager to oversee the development of a new online web3 marketplace. The project is the result of our initiative to ally multiple partners and brands from different industries, from digital marketing and e-commerce to software and blockchain development.

The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for managing the technical aspect of the project, understanding the stakeholders needs and wants and translating them into technical requests for the development team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work collaboratively with both internal and external teams, and have experience managing complex digital projects.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the project, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including the technical partner, clients, and internal team members.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are being met.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the technical partner to ensure that requirements are being met and issues are being addressed.
• Manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure resolution.
• Ensure that project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and test plans, are accurate and up to date.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing complex digital projects, web3 or software environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with technical aspects of blockchain technology.
• Coding background is preferred.
