My client is a leading firm across the FinTech Investing space; focusing on crypto investing. They specialize in leveraging blockchain technology to provide innovative investment solutions to their customers and clients globally!
They are looking for an experienced Operations Leader with extensive crypto knowledge to come in and own the strategy and growth of the crypto side of the business! You will work very closely with the CEO and President in building and growing the business both internally and externally!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and optimize resource allocation
- Directly manage and oversee daily operations including trading activities, risk management, compliance, and investor relations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains within operational workflows
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
- Partner with technology teams to leverage digital tools and platforms for operational enhancement and scalability
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset investment strategies
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within operations, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or investment management sectors
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
