Are you interested in helping us change the world of finance and payments forever? The Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) is looking for a talented and energetic content specialist to join our team. This role reports to our Developer Relations lead and is a member of our Ecosystem team.

In this role, you will create engaging materials through targeted channels for the blockchain builders audience and work cross-functionally with the marketing and engineering teams. The right person to thrive in this role will constantly think of new and exciting ways to communicate our value proposition beyond blog posts and webpages, and will have great writing skills and a strong ability to market their work to our technical community.

In this role, you will:

• Develop, localize, and iterate on quality content for the purpose of enhancing the Stellar network developer user experience
• Periodically carry out content quality evaluation and diagnose content issues timely and objectively
• Conduct global industry research on trends and momentum and provide insight that supports the Ecosystem team
• Summarize and react to ecosystem feedback on content and explore areas of improvement.

You have:

• A strong sense of user empathy and ability to formalize quantitative and qualitative user feedback into actionable plans.
• Content operation experience and collaboration experience on compliance projects with Legal, PR
• Exceptional writing and excellent verbal communication skills
• A deep interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, financial inclusion, and/or the Stellar network
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment with multiple stakeholders while having a high degree of accountability and autonomy
• A willingness to jump into a social platform to discover something new
• You are flexible and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
