Web3 is a new paradigm

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our fast-growing Web3 project. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and optimizing internal processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient day to day operations across the company 

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operational processes across the company 

Monitor roadmap execution and internal task management 

Collaborate with development, marketing, community, and business development teams 

Optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency 

Maintain documentation, reports, and KPI tracking 

Organize meetings, deadlines, and internal communications 

Work with tools such as Notion, Jira, Trello, and Google Workspace 

Support community operations on Discord and Telegram 

Assist with Web3 product launches, ecosystem campaigns, and partnerships 

Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements 


Requirements : 

3+ years of experience as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or similar role 

Experience in IT, startups, or Web3 environments is a plus 

Understanding of blockchain, crypto, DeFi, or NFT ecosystems 

Strong organizational and communication skills 

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

Experience with Notion, Jira, Trello, Google Sheets, or Excel 

Strong process management and team coordination skills 


Nice to have : 

Previous experience in Web3 or crypto projects 

Experience working with remote international teams 

Understanding of DAO structures, token ecosystems, and on-chain tools 

Experience managing community or partnership initiative
