Role Overview
We are looking for a LinkedIn Talent Sourcer to support hiring across Web3-related roles. The position focuses on identifying and engaging high-quality candidates through structured sourcing processes.  

Responsibilities 

  •  Source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms 
  •  Identify relevant profiles across Web3 domains 
  •  Conduct targeted outreach to candidates 
  •  Maintain structured candidate pipelines 
  •  Collaborate with the team on hiring priorities 
Requirements

  •  Experience with LinkedIn sourcing 
  •  Strong written communication skills 
  •  Basic understanding of recruitment workflows 
  •  Interest in Web3 / crypto 
Nice to Have

  •  Experience in crypto/Web3 hiring 
  •  Familiarity with Web3 communities
