About the Role

The Partner Account Manager will play a crucial role in nurturing and managing relationships with our distribution partners to facilitate the acquisition of new crypto business customers while also expanding opportunities within our existing partner network. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual with a proven track record in building and nurturing relationships to grow business. In this role you can expect to:

  • Develop and maintain productive and long-term relationships with distribution partners to drive mutual business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Educate and enable partners on our company's products, services, and value propositions, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively promote and sell to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored strategies and campaigns to support partner-driven customer acquisition and expansion efforts.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partners, analyze sales metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize partner performance and revenue generation.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues or challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities and market shifts.

Qualifications

You're a good fit you have:

  • Proven excellence in partner management, sales, or business development, and a track record of growing accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for innovation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Interest in Web3 technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), blockchain, and cryptocurrency.

Role Details

—> Location: Remote (North America), expecting some travel (twice a week).
—> Compensation: $130K - $180K CAD OTE (commission and equity).
