Role Summary

As our Project & Account Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients all through to delivering top-notch client experiences. You will be the owner of this full life cycle and collaborate with other teams to make sure both new and existing clients have the best possible experience. You will be an early member of this growing team reporting directly to our Head of Experiences & Environments.

You will be working with some of the top professionals in this industry and will position Boson Protocol as a leader in its field. As our Project & Account Manager, you will provide support to our Head of Experiences & Environments and work closely with Marketing team members when the project calls for this.

Key Competencies/Experience

  • Experience in a supporting role for the purpose of consulting and onboarding brands including:
    • managing inbound leads
    • calendar management
    • reporting
    • onboarding and overall life cycle management

  • Consulting on and creating creative experiential brand opportunities for the Metaverse
  • Nurture existing clients and make sure they receive full-cycle top-notch client experiences for existing and future campaigns
  • Ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Update clients on Boson products and developments and educate them on best practices
  • Partner with internal and client cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
  • Manage client experience from start to finish:
    • Follow up leads
    • Intake with clients
    • Summarise and follow up after meetings
    • Manage sign off internally and externally
    • Internal and external delivery & follow up
  • Internal and client-facing project management

Must have skills and attributes

  • Crypto / Blockchain / Web3 interest & knowledge is desirable
  • Events, music or marketing background
  • Able speak the e-Commerce language to e-Commerce people is desirable
  • Listening, understanding and translating other’s input and needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to articulate complexities in simple digestible ways
