The Role
We're seeking a dynamic Head of Finance & Accounting to join our team. This hands-on leadership role balances complex finance duties with daily detailed work, collaborating closely with our CEO and founders.
Location: Must be based in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies alongside the company owners.
- Manage the token launch planned for 2023.
- Oversee all accounting and finance operations.
- Develop cash flow projections and reporting.
- Lead annual and long-term business planning.
- Maintain banking relationships and manage reporting.
- Ensure strong internal controls and processes.
- Drive process improvements and profitability.
- Develop financial control systems and departmental communication.
Qualifications
- Background in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including token launch exposure.
- Knowledge in Web3/blockchain projects.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with business law related to contracts.
- Proficiency in financial software like Excel and Datastudio.
