The Arbitrum Foundation is an organization based in the Cayman Islands tasked with developing and nurturing the Arbitrum ecosystem. This includes Arbitrum One, an Optimistic Rollup, that instantly scales apps, reducing costs and increasing capacity, without sacrificing Ethereum's security, and Arbitrum Nova, which allows for ultra-low cost fees by leveraging AnyTrust technology making it ideal for Social and Gaming applications.

Responsibilities
- Supporting coordination with grant recipients to ensure compliance with grant terms and conditions.
- Maintaining organized records of grant activities.
- Collaborating with the foundation's team to support the development and improvement of grant programs.
- Assisting in monitoring and evaluating the impact of grants on the blockchain and crypto community.
- Providing marketing support and helping with growth through partnerships.
- Developing informational materials and resources for grant applicants and recipients.
- Having an open line of communication with founders and assisting with their needs throughout the grant process.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in the blockchain and crypto industry.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience or coursework in grant administration or a related field is a plus but not required.
