Are you enthusiastic about delivering customer value and solving technical problems? We are currently seeking a Web3 Solutions architect to join the AvaCloud team. This person will work directly with clients looking to utilize AvaCloud products and architect implementations that will fit the product to the clientâs needs. This role is embedded within the AvaCloud product engineering team and will assist with rapid prototyping and optimizing products based on client feedback and opportunities that can then be fitted within the AvaCloud product offerings. This person will not only work closely with clients but also provide valued feedback to product and engineering teams. This feedback is essential to scaling product engineering and design based on direct experience working with the clients implementing AvaCloud solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work with clients to identify project goals and technical requirements
- Guide customers when deploying AvaCloud related products and identify opportunities to optimize based on client implementation
- Design, write, and test workflows based on customer requirements
- Report on project status, issues, and risks to internal stakeholders
- Identify product opportunities that can be incorporated into the product development process
- Rapid prototyping early stage solutions based on client requirements and provide optimal implementations to product engineering teams
- Understand new solutions across the organization that can be beneficial to end users
- Become experts of new solutions and releases from across the organization
- Work with leadership to measure success based on established OKRs
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant degree
- 5+ years of general backend development experience
- 2+ years of experience working directly with clients in a B2B context
- Experience with Golang
- Experience with Typescript/Node.js a plus
- Experience with AWS Cloud Stack (DynamoDB, KMS, SQS, Lambda, etc)
- Experience with other cloud stacks a bonus
- Passion for blockchain technology/web3 and eagerness to consume the latest news and developments
Salary Range: $126,600 to $158,200
