As an environment artist lead, you’ll work closely with your artists, the artistic director and the art producer. You will be creating art for some of the key pieces in the environment. You’re ready to take in charge the planning of your peers and to help scope the work for the environment team. Requirements:
You’re an accomplished environment artist with one or more shipped titles under your belt You have team lead experience, or aspire to take on more responsibilities in the art production pipeline by showing strong leadership You’re interested in stylized art and exploring its key differences from PBR You have an interest in Web3 technologies in gaming Knowledge of the Adobe suite and 3D softwares (Maya, 3DS or Blender, Substance Painter, Photoshop, etc.) A highly collaborative, creative and leading spirit Excellent problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
