The Role As the position is blockchain-focused, a successful candidate will have an interest and understanding of some of the following
We are looking for a talented and driven Blockchain Engineer who will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a gaming platform offerings. About the company The company is a AAA Web3 blockchain game company consisting of game industry veterans that have generated over $5.3B+ in lifetime revenue. Their vision focuses on building social games for the Web3 Blockchain space, powered by NFTs. They are spearheading the fundamental shift in the gaming industry as it moves from Developer-Owned to Player-Owned economies, empowering their communities. The company is fully-remote, with its headquartered in San Francisco. They have team members in the United States, Canada, and Pakistan.
Byte serialization for various specifications.
Designing, maintaining, and deploying smart contracts.
Focus on security and best practices for contract development.
Configuring and deploying nodes in a network.
Reliable state management.
Developing higher-level APIs on top of blockchain primitives.
Interoperability.
Staying current with the latest blockchain developments.
Primarily Elixir async backend systems to handle blockchain. Must have
BS or greater, preferably in a science or engineering discipline.
3+ years of professional experience in software development.
Deep knowledge of Elixir or Solidity.
Production experience with Rust, C++, or JavaScript.
Hands-on engineering experience and expertise in one or more of the following blockchain technologies: Ethereum or EOS.
Experience developing for a multi-tenant cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience designing and developing for large, horizontally scalable, high-transaction volume systems.
Self-driven: able to innovate, plan, & execute with autonomy.
