Let’s go!Your mission:  The Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist supports Bitpanda’s  TPRM  lead in managing the outsourcing services and monitoring third party risk across Bitpanda’s regulated entities. You will assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to the development and maintenance of key frameworks and processes. What you’ll do:

Support TPRM Framework Development: Assist in the ongoing development of the Outsourcing and TPRM Management framework, focusing on regulatory guidelines. Documentation and Reporting: Aid in the review and analysis of documentation, preparation of reports, and development of Management Information (MI) related to outsourcing and third party risk. Also, support the development and enhancement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for managing third party services. Regulatory Compliance: Help ensure agreements, SLAs, and other processes are in place to manage material outsourcing services against respective regulatory requirements. Risk Identification and Monitoring: Contribute to identifying, assessing, monitoring, and controlling risks associated with third party relationships before and after entering into contracts. Training and Collaboration: Provide support in training Bitpanda’s employees on the Outsourcing & Third Party Risk Management framework, policies, standards and processes.

Who you are:

Understanding of Outsourcing, Third Party Risk, and related regulatory requirements (e.g., EBA, Bafin, DORA). Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders. Ability to understand and analyse documentation and reports, with a focus on identifying critical issues. Some experience or internship in third party risk management, procurement, or a related field is preferred. What’s in it for you
