TaxBit is backed by leading Silicon Valley VCs with teams located in New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, Salt Lake City, and Washington, D.C.Opportunity for Impact As the European-focused BDR, you’ll be critical to the growth of our business by helping identify, engage, and qualify strategic new opportunities that fuel our pipeline and growth. This role is ideal for someone energized by connecting with people, curious about solving complex challenges, and excited to contribute directly to the company’s success. This role would be located in and focused on strategic regions within Europe. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and revenue operations, gaining exposure to all aspects of go-to-market strategy while playing a critical role in expanding Taxbit’s customer base. Role and Responsibilities
Conduct strategic outreach through phone, email, social, and other channels to generate qualified sales opportunities Qualify and engage inbound & outbound leads to set up qualified meetings Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to map out strategic account engagement plans Research target accounts and personalize outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activity in HubSpot Partner with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, ICP targeting, and campaign execution Continuously test and refine messaging to increase engagement and conversion rates Stay informed on industry trends, strategic account information, and the regulatory landscape
Professional Qualifications
1-3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in B2B SaaS Strong written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in main European languages is a plus but not required Strong CRM management skills (preferably Hubspot) Curious, coachable, and excited to grow your career in a high-performance sales team Familiarity with setting up and managing multiple campaigns and follow-ups Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn about the rapidly evolving global compliance landscape. Experience within Compliance, Tax Information Reporting, and/or Digital Assets is a bonus but not required
The base salary range for this role is £35,000 - £50,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
