This role is a critical blend of client-facing onboarding (KYC) and robust operational due diligence (CDD). You will be instrumental in safeguarding our platform while providing an excellent experience for our Chinese speaking client base. Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding:

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for corporate users on the platform, coordinating closely with Customer Support and Compliance teams Ensure completeness and accuracy of customer KYC information and documentation, identifying and correcting any deficiencies in line with company policies and KYC standards Support clients through the KYC process, addressing queries and facilitating document submission to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience

Client Due Diligence Operations:

Conduct thorough reviews and timely completion of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) cases Review, resolve, and/or escalate alerts or adverse news screening results Properly disposition, document, and record the results of CDD and alert screening Support KYC Periodic review process for existing corporate customers  Escalate high-risk customers or situations indicating unusual documentation, abnormal responses, or positive matches from screening alerts.  Adequately manage daily volumes in line with company standards to avoid backlogs and customer delays Suggest and implement process enhancements and/or research tools to increase efficiency and accuracy in CDD operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of direct experience in CDD, AML, and/or KYC within the financial services or cryptocurrency exchange industry covering both retail and corporate customers Degree holder with studies in Financial Crime, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or other related disciplines Familiarity with KYC onboarding processes that include customer identification, verification, name screening, customer AML risk rating, EDD, escalations, quality assurance and/or quality control.  Native Chinese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required to support our Mandiran-speaking client base and review KYC documentation Business level English (both written and spoken) is required for internal and international communications Relevant qualifications such as CAMS, AAMLP Core Level, or equivalent will be a significant advantage.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to accept challenges
