Role Overview

The role will be part of the Marketing team and will focus on managing the external performance agencies, plus direct media spending activities like direct media buying and social ads. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will need to be hands-on with the acquisition activities set by the Head of Marketing Operations, and will be measured with KPIs like traffic quality, conversion rate, FTDs and LTV values. Also, you be responsible to work with the Analytics team to create a set of reports to evaluate the acquisition performance over time, track and optimize the offers cost and come up with a series of actionable activities to improve overall retention KPIs. Responsibilities

  • Accountability of metrics like traffic quality, conversion rate, FTDs and LTV value for all the Performance Marketing channels
  • Work closely with the media agencies and internal teams to create digital-led, multi-channel media strategies for expanding audiences
  • Develop and execute the media strategy to promote the brand and products across multiple channels
  • Manage the global Performance Marketing budget and optimize the spend across different channel, countries and verticals
  • Incorporate market and industry trends, available research data, and web funnel analytics to determine the optimal media mix
  • Manage, monitor, and report marketing budget and expenses and report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to implement modern media executions to maximize media platforms
  • Work with Analytics and Data Engineering team in scoring and developing the tracking system and the attribution model
  • Inform and educate the team on new digital advertisement updates.
  • Identify online media opportunities, negotiate, develop, monitor and manage delivery of the online booking
  • Develop concepts, ideas and plans for achieving objectives successfully
  • Manage one direct report and potentially grow a team of media buyers
  • Incorporate market and industry trends, available research data, and web funnel analytics to determine the optimal media mix

Qualifications

  • Have a deep and broad experience in media strategy and planning, digital marketing, and media and campaign analytics.
  • Have at least 5 years of working experience with media planning/buying within a media agency/B2C company
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platform metrics
  • Has a positive attitude and loves opportunities to collaborate with others
  • Strong organizational skills & effective at project management
  • Interest in Crypto and Blockchain
