Now we are seeking a CSS P2P to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Analyze and assess customer situations to provide accurate solutions.
  • Handle user appeals.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Suggest improvements to the product.

Qualifications:

  • Must have: proven experience in a customer support role, working with a non-custodial and with appeals on a P2P market.
  • Preferred: experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Logical thinking.
  • Intermediate proficiency in written English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
