ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Strategy and Monetization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in defining the direction and success of our products. You will be responsible for developing strategies that align with our business goals and executing monetization models that maximise revenue while maintaining a great experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and refine product strategies based on market analysis, consumer trends, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, engineering, and finance teams to build and implement effective monetization strategies.
- Analyse product performance and user feedback to adjust strategies and improve product offerings.
- Design pricing models and strategies that drive growth and acquisition while balancing profitability.
- Continuously assess and iterate on monetization tactics to adapt to changing market conditions and opportunities.
- Present and report on product strategy and experiment outcomes to senior management.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product strategy, product management, Management Consulting, or Finance in a tech-driven environment.
- Ability to connect technical and non-technical decision makers to solidify alignment towards key outcomes
- Strong understanding of various monetization models in Cryptocurrency and experience implementing them successfully.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence peers

- Experience in DEFI or Centralised Exchange
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a knack for innovative thinking.
