RECUR is building the future of digital collectibles on-chain, known as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) – the newest Unicorn industry.

Global brands are interested in venturing into NFTs to establish new connections with their fans. RECUR is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its team full time. This role will shape the vision and drive the execution of RECUR’s consumer-facing product strategy around branded NFT marketplaces. Seamless and delightful user experiences lie at the core of our approach to building technologies that will onboard millions of users into the world of NFTs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will build experiences for some of the largest brands in the world in the rapidly-growing NFT space.

What you will do at RECUR

• Define and execute on our consumer product strategy in collaboration with our engineering, product design, and gaming teams
• Serve as a cross-functional leader by establishing shared vision across our Studio, Sports, and Collectibles divisions and building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
• Help us take our user experiences to the next level across discoverability, social, e-commerce, gaming and other domains through strong design thinking, customer interviews, and data analysis
• Evaluate the impact and effort of new product ideas and work with our Director of Product Management and engineering managers to plan upcoming sprints
• Create thoroughly researched and scoped PRDs that serve as the reference for developers, designers, and product marketers to build from
• Pursue product growth opportunities with mindfulness towards fraud risk, legal, and regulatory requirements

What you bring to RECUR

• 5+ years of Product Management experience managing technical software products that are consumer-facing
• Proven experience as an individual contributor as well as a manager to other PMs
• Strong attention to detail which you use to lead the product development lifecycle end-to-end from feature conception to go-to-market
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to distill complex concepts down to clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation
• Able to excel within a growth-stage startup environment and comfortably navigate uncertainty
• Ability to work with senior engineering management with technical fluency in order to evaluate engineering design decisions, trade-offs, and scope
• Excellent analytical skills and comfortable working with data and data tools (SQL is a big plus)
• Proficiency with Jira
• An interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFTs
