We’re looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager/Senior Manager to join our team to oversee strategic business initiatives from development to execution, assist executives in decision-making and program management, and drive organizational improvements for efficiency and productivity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting senior management in understanding Pintu’s strategic objectives and setting up long-term company targets.
• Developing internal OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework, and cascading across the company to ensure alignment with Pintu’s strategic objectives
• Lead the prioritization process, strategizing and focusing on key initiatives to achieve company’s objectives.
• Acting as project manager and collaborating across products and departments to ensure strategic initiatives are fully implemented and executed.
• Support the financial planning and budgeting process, as well as monitoring the company’s financial performance and progress of strategic initiatives, including conducting gap analysis against company's budget and plans.
• Managing Pintu’s investor relations function, including but not limited to providing regular board updates as well as investors’ inquiries from time to time.
• Providing any other potential ad-hoc projects as needed by the management team from time to time.

Who we are looking for:

• Five or more years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Strategy & Planning, Advisory, or Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree from any major, MBA degree is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams and departments.
• Strong project-management skills to manage complex projects, and also prioritize multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Experience with market research.
