The Client Onboarding team is a new team within Copper. The team will be responsible for looking after our clients throughout the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle from inception to go live. Client onboarding have an oversight of the entire process, coordinating both with the client and internal stakeholders, to ensure clients are transitioned onto the Copper platform quickly. The team will work closely alongside the sales team to ensure that clients receive the best onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities of the role

We’re looking for a talented individual to join our Revenue team for an unforgettable 8-week internship. As one of our interns, you will bring your own unique perspective as a learner, together with your academic knowledge, technical skills, and enthusiasm, and will gain a comprehensive introduction to our business.

Your experience, skills and knowledge

In this role it will be your responsibility to attend, help and shadow:

  • Coordinate client meetings or calls and engaging the relevant copper stakeholders in the business where necessary.
  • Week Client onboarding calls to notify the wider business of accounts coming through the pipeline to ensure they resource their teams and prioritise the key clients.
  • Coordinating the introduction to our Account Management team and overseeing the completion of the account setup on the Copper platform.
  • Create and issue an onboarding pack and follow up with clients on all other document related matters.

Essential

  • Studying a Technical Degree.
  • Learning technical skills related to the industry.
  • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm when sharing ideas internally.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the Fintech industry.

About the internship

Successful candidates will spend 8 weeks working with our xxx team in the summer months. This will include

  • £14 per hour
  • 8 weeks programme
  • 1st July start date
