Ergonia is a crypto-native market-making firm with deep experience in trading and building on Solana. As one of the largest participants on the network, we run some of the most sophisticated, highest-volume, and lowest-CU contracts on-chain.
We are leveraging our understanding of Solana microstructure and trading technology to build the next generation of on-chain derivatives exchanges, and we're seeking a Senior Solana Developer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Solana Contract Development: Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Solana smart contracts.
- Exchange Architecture: Drive the design of our exchange architecture end-to-end, ensuring every component creates a unified product experience
- Performance Optimization: Optimize the exchange both on-chain and off, ensuring a snappy UX
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in Rust.
- Proven experience in building production Solana contracts.
- Strong understanding of DeFi, trading systems, and margin trading.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about building cutting-edge blockchain protocols.
- English language proficiency.
Bonus Points
- Experience with low-level Solana runtime optimizations.
- Previous experience in building or contributing to derivatives exchanges
