The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a senior executive responsible for driving the company's technological vision and overseeing all aspects of technological development and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
1.Technology Strategy & Leadership
- Define the company’s technical vision and lead the technological development.
- Provide leadership and direction for the technology team across engineering, infrastructure, and security.
2.Full Responsibility
- Accountable for all technology-related decisions, including secure code practices, system uptime, scalability, and technical compliance.
3.Technical Expertise
- Oversee system architecture, development, and infrastructure.
- Ensure the company uses best practices in coding, version control, testing, and deployment.
4.Strategic Oversight
- Provide strategic guidance on product development and high-quality technology standards across teams.
- Collaborate with other executive leaders to align technology with business goals.
- 24/7 Accountability
- Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery, data protection, and infrastructure resilience.
- Respond to critical system incidents and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum 8–10 years of progressive technology leadership experience.
-Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or similar role.
-Expertise in system architecture, cloud platforms, DevOps, cybersecurity, and software development.
-Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
-Experience in startups, fintech, or Web3/blockchain industries
