Responsibilities:
- Being able to provide product support and training to help create more product value for customers
- Able to provide proactive problem resolutions
- Develop healthy customer relationships
- Evaluate and analyse customer need
- Handle support tickets and provide online chat inquiries and email replies to services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, advice, and suggestions via email and chat tools.
- Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation.
- Handle customer requests, any special cases, or ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
