About the Role
Phase Labs is hiring a Client Partnerships Manager to be the trusted day-to-day partner for our managed validator clients and ecosystem partners. Youâll own client health and satisfaction across our active accounts and support the Head of Institutional Partnerships with seamless client onboarding, clear communication, and proactive issue resolution. Your ability to translate technical validator-infrastructure concepts into an exceptional client experience will be key to our growth and retention.

- Client Relationship Ownership: Serve as primary point of contact for all existing managed-validator clients and partners, building rapport and trust.
- Onboarding & Documentation: Lead new client onboarding and documentation for the KYC process, application support, client deliverables, and onboarding materials.
- Health Monitoring & Escalations: Track client sentiment and key milestones; proactively surface risks or upsell opportunities.
- Account Administration: Maintain internal CRM records, SLAs, and monthly reporting packages (revenue, costs, performance) for all accounts.
- Support Institutional Sales: Partner with the Head of Institutional Partnerships to transition new clients smoothly and co-manage strategic accounts.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, identify patterns, and recommend process or product improvements to drive exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
What Weâre Looking For
- 1â3 yearsâ experience in client success, account management, or partnershipsâideally in fintech, SaaS, or crypto.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple accounts in parallel.
- Familiarity with staking, validator operations, or blockchain infrastructure is a strong plus.
- Client-first mindset: proactive, empathetic, and relentlessly reliable.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
