Come be a vital member of the Foundry team, where your contributions will help empower a decentralized future. DESCRIPTION:  The Revenue Operations Analyst is an opportunity to join Foundry Digital, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group, and work on one of the most critical pieces of institutional Bitcoin infrastructure. This position will play a critical role in optimizing revenue-generating processes, managing CRM data and reporting, and driving operational excellence across our sales, account management, marketing and customer success functions. This requires a data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment excels at operational problem-solving and can bridge the gap between strategy and execution. This role serves as the operational backbone of the revenue organization, ensuring process clarity, system integrity, and data-driven decision-making across the full customer lifecycle. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage CRM, ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows. Own system governance, including user access, field structure, automation rules, and data hygiene standards. Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards. Provide recurring pipeline visibility, forecasting support, and executive-ready reporting. Document and continuously optimize key revenue processes including inbound lead management, customer onboarding and offboarding, contract workflows, KYC/KYB process management etc.) Identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions Drive cross-functional collaboration to align sales, account management, marketing and customer success operations Support sales planning and operations strategy development. Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, including territory planning, quota tracking, and performance analytics. Conduct market and competitive research to support sales strategy. Maintain data accuracy across CRM and integrated systems, ensuring alignment with finance and compliance reporting needs

Minimum Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

4–6 years of total professional experience, including 2+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or Hubspot) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Proven track record of process design, documentation, and optimization Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience in financial services, fintech, or institutional (B2B) sales environments Background supporting enterprise or institutional customer sales cycles Prior Bitcoin/crypto industry experience is not required. Curiosity about crypto, financial infrastructure, and complex systems, along with a willingness to learn quickly, is essential.
