Job Title: Reconciliation & Settlement Analyst (Fiat & Crypto)
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Perform daily reconciliation of fiat and crypto transactions across multiple payment channels and blockchain ledgers.
⢠Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal records, bank statements, and blockchain transactions.
⢠Monitor settlement processes to ensure timely and accurate fund transfers.
⢠Collaborate with finance, compliance, and operations teams to streamline reconciliation workflows.
⢠Generate reports on reconciliation status, outstanding issues, and financial discrepancies.
⢠Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements for financial transactions.
⢠Assist in process automation and system improvements for reconciliation efficiency.
Requirements:
⢠Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
⢠2+ years of experience in reconciliation and settlement, preferably in fintech, banking, or crypto.
⢠Strong understanding of fiat and cryptocurrency payment flows, blockchain transactions, and financial ledgers.
⢠Proficiency in financial reconciliation tools, Excel, and data analysis.
⢠Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
