Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies aligned with company goals

• Plan and manage various types of events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and product launches

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event content aligns with product messaging and company vision

• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners for successful event execution

• Develop and oversee event-related marketing materials, including digital content and promotional items

• Analyze event performance and provide detailed reports with actionable insights

• Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative event concepts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in the tech industry

• Proven track record of successful event planning and execution

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in event management software and marketing tools

• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Basic understanding of AI and blockchain technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing events for AI or blockchain companies

• Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event platforms

• Knowledge of data analytics for event performance measurement

• Certification in event planning or digital marketing
