Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this Lead DevOps Engineer will take the lead and manage workstreams for other DevOps team members towards building a secure, stable, and observable infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a great sense of prioritization. Qualifications
3+ years as a DevOps engineer in startup environment Experience with AWS, GCP, k8s, terraform, prometheus Experience with security engineering or knowledge of best practices Experience with blockchain infrastructure is highly preferred Fluency in Chinese required.

Lead a small team of DevOps Engineers Manage DevOps prioritization and infrastructure design Implement monitoring/alerting Oversee CI/CD implementation On-call during USA work hours, with EOD handoff to Asia team Establish security practices for devices, cloud infrastructure, and services Ensure global access control Implement secure onboarding/offboarding.
