About Binance Accelerator Program
 
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply
 
Current university students and recent graduates who can work at least 6 months

ResponsIbilities

    • Connect with different parties to understand requirements of tooling
    • Design and develop internal system to improve engineering work efficiency in the software development and release cycle
    • Maintain cloud infrastructure of tooling system to ensure high availability of service
    • Maintain internal testing environments to ensure quality control process
    • Support engineers in daily development work in configuration management and issue troubleshooting

Requirements

    • Must be a full-time undergraduate/graduate student in good academic standing
    • Ability to develop software in Java/Golang or other programming languages
    • Familiarity with popular middlewares like MySQL/Kafka/Elasticsearch, etc
    • Understanding of software development life cycle and modern CI/CD process
    • Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
    • Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Fast learner, good troubleshooting skills and strong work ethic
    • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
